Big game must be transported to a cold storage facility with optimal handling. To ensure high-quality game meat, it must be properly cared for within an hour of the kill. To prevent the haunches from drying out, game meat processors and traders prefer that the pelvic area remains intact and uncontaminated. To make the venison processing phase as easy and ergonomic as possible, our teams have developed a range of tools, meticulously tested in the field.
Hunting is my passion.At the age of 19, I had the privilege of learning the art of hunting as a young guest in the nearby Alsace region and in my hometown of Kleinlützel. Decades of international hunting experience, combined with many years of living at Nimrodhof in some of Hungary’s best hunting grounds, have led to the organization of hunting trips and the development of specialized hunting tools
Thanks to my father, I have been familiar with hunting my entire life. Although I am not an active hunter, I had the opportunity to explore the hunting grounds in Hungary firsthand. The rich wildlife and the processing of game meat greatly impressed me. This motivated me to support the company with my expertise in commercial management.
For as long as I can remember, I have always been drawn to nature and wanted not only to observe it but also to be actively involved. Hunting has always been a natural part of my life. Erich and I have known each other since my childhood. For over 10 years, I served as his gamekeeper and later as a representative for DREIER Hunting Tours in France. It is therefore only natural that I now support him in promoting DREIER products in French-speaking countries
